Terms and conditions

Prozyum ("we", "us") sells dried, milled Mitragyna speciosa leaf ("kratom") in one-kilogram units and in fixed bundles, as a botanical specimen for research, aromatherapy and collection. Our products are not food, not a food supplement and not a medicine. They have not been evaluated by any medicines or food safety agency and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing in this shop is advice on consumption.

Product pages describe the leaf, its origin and how it was processed. Descriptions are given in good faith; natural products vary from harvest to harvest.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering you confirm this.

We ship only to countries where the sale and possession of kratom is legal at the time of ordering. The country list at checkout is the definitive list and may change without notice. You are responsible for knowing whether kratom is legal at your delivery address. Orders to addresses in countries we do not serve will be cancelled and refunded.

We do not sell to resellers without a written agreement. Wholesale enquiries: info@prozyum.com.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation by email. We may decline an order, for example where stock is unavailable, where payment cannot be matched, or where we suspect resale into a prohibited market. If we decline after you have paid, we refund in full.

Obvious errors in price or description do not bind us; we will contact you and offer to cancel.

Prices are in euro and include Dutch VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you confirm. The price per kilogram falls with the quantity of a single strain ordered, as shown on each product page and on the pricing page. Sale prices and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

We accept SEPA bank transfer and the cryptocurrencies listed at checkout. Card payments, iDEAL and wallet payments are not offered.

For bank transfer, use the exact reference shown on the order page so we can match your payment. Your order is reserved for five (5) calendar days from placement. If payment has not arrived by then, the order is cancelled and the reserved stock released. Payment received after cancellation is refunded.

For cryptocurrency, send the amount shown to the address shown. We ship after one network confirmation. Because exchange rates move, we accept the euro value at the moment your transaction is first seen on the network, with a tolerance of 1%. Under-payments outside that tolerance are refunded to the sending address minus network fees, or you may top up on request.

Payments are matched manually. Orders normally move to "paid" within one business day of the money arriving.

We ship from the Netherlands with the carriers and delivery estimates shown at checkout. Estimates are indicative. Orders that are paid before 14:00 CET on a business day normally ship the same day.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave. Check the address carefully; we are not liable for parcels sent to an incorrect address you supplied. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you; a second shipment is charged at cost.

Customs, duties or import restrictions are your responsibility for any address outside the EU VAT area. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, email info@prozyum.com with your order number and a clear statement that you withdraw, then return the goods within 14 days of that notice. You bear the direct cost of the return shipment.

Exception: our products are sealed goods which, once unsealed, are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 6:230p Dutch Civil Code). A kilogram bag whose seal has been broken cannot be returned. Unopened, undamaged bags can.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the payment method you used. For cryptocurrency we refund the euro value in the same coin at the exchange rate on the day of refund, to an address you provide.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery at info@prozyum.com, with photos of the outer box, the bag and the batch number. We replace or refund at our cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, and as required by mandatory consumer law. Beyond that our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the product contrary to its stated purpose, or from ordering into a jurisdiction where the product is not legal.

Complaints go to info@prozyum.com. We answer within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter, Dutch law applies and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.

We may change these terms. The version published at the moment you order applies to that order.
