Why only 1 kg and up?+
Retail 50 g bags cost three to five times more per gram. A kilo lasts most people about twenty weeks, and buying that way is how we keep prices at wholesale level while still testing every batch.
How does the kilo pricing work?+
Every strain has a base price per kilo. Order 2 kg of the same strain and the per-kilo price drops 8%, 3 kg drops 14%, 5 kg 20% and 10 kg 30%. Bundles are priced below the ladder.
Can I pay by card or iDEAL?+
Not yet. Payment processors do not accept kratom merchants, so we take SEPA bank transfer (scan a QR with your banking app) and crypto. Orders ship the day payment lands.
Where do you ship?+
From the Netherlands to EU countries where kratom is legal. The country list at checkout is the definitive list. We do not ship to countries where it is controlled.
How is it packed?+
One kilo per heat-sealed, food-grade transparent pouch, inside a plain brown box. Standard and Limitless use the same pouch. No product names on the outside.
