Lab & sourcing

Prozyum leaf is harvested from mature trees in Kalimantan, Bali and Kedah by farms we have worked with since 2022. Leaves are sun-dried on site, then shipped to the Netherlands where they are milled, blended for consistency and sealed into 1 kg packs.

Every batch is tested by an independent Dutch laboratory for mitragynine content, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), salmonella, E. coli and total yeast and mould. The batch number is printed on every pack and the certificate is emailed on request.

We only sell by the kilo. It keeps the price per gram honest and it means every pack we ship comes from a single tested batch.

Questions we get

Why only 1 kg and up?+

Retail 50 g bags cost three to five times more per gram. A kilo lasts most people about twenty weeks, and buying that way is how we keep prices at wholesale level while still testing every batch.

How does the kilo pricing work?+

Every strain has a base price per kilo. Order 2 kg of the same strain and the per-kilo price drops 8%, 3 kg drops 14%, 5 kg 20% and 10 kg 30%. Bundles are priced below the ladder.

Can I pay by card or iDEAL?+

Not yet. Payment processors do not accept kratom merchants, so we take SEPA bank transfer (scan a QR with your banking app) and crypto. Orders ship the day payment lands.

Where do you ship?+

From the Netherlands to EU countries where kratom is legal. The country list at checkout is the definitive list. We do not ship to countries where it is controlled.

How is it packed?+

One kilo per heat-sealed, food-grade transparent pouch, inside a plain brown box. Standard and Limitless use the same pouch. No product names on the outside.

Prozyum is a kratom shop based in the Netherlands. We sell kratom powder (Mitragyna speciosa) only in 1 kg bags and up, which is how we keep the price per gram close to wholesale while still testing every batch before it is packed.

The leaf comes from Indonesian growers we buy from repeatedly, in three vein colours: green, white and red. It is milled and sieved in the Netherlands, tested for alkaloid content, heavy metals and microbes, and sealed in a transparent, food-grade kilo bag.

We ship across the EU to countries where kratom is legal, and nowhere else: the country list at checkout is the definitive one. Payment is by SEPA bank transfer or crypto on Solana (USDC, EURC, USDT or SOL), and orders ship the working day after payment lands.
